Abstract submission deadline at 11:59 p.m. Students who wish to enter the competition are required to submit an abstract using the InfoReady abstract submission form.

Friday, February 20, 2026

Students who submitted an abstract should be notified no later than this date if their abstract has been approved.

Those approved will receive a link to submit their presentation slides or poster.

Monday, February 23, 2026 - 3:30 - 5 p.m.

Poster Presentation Training Session - location to be determined.

Student participants are invited to join a training session to learn best practices and rehearse their presentations.

Friday, February 27, 2026 - 2:30 - 4 p.m.

Oral Presentation Training Session - location to be determined

Student participants are invited to join a training session to learn best practices and rehearse their presentations.

Deadline for all participants to complete the form indicating availability for presentations. This form allows us to schedule presenters appropriately. The form will be sent to those whose abstracts have been approved.

Tuesday, March 10, 2026

Student participants will be notified of their assigned oral presentation session or poster wave.

Wednesday, March 18, 2026

Deadline to submit posters for poster presenters. Submissions must be completed by 11:59 p.m.

Thursday, March 26, 2026

Deadline to submit slides for oral presenters. Submissions must be completed by 11:59 p.m.

Tuesday, March 31, 2026

Student Symposium: Participants in both presentation tracks will present to judges.

Awards Ceremony: Competition winners and Fan Favorite winners will be announced!
