Abstract submission deadline at 11:59 p.m. Students who wish to enter the competition are required to submit an abstract using the online abstract submission form.

Monday, March 3, 2025

Students who submitted an abstract should be notified no later than this date if their abstract has been approved.

Those approved will receive a link to submit their presentation slides or poster.

Thursday, March 20, 2025

Deadline to submit presentation slides and posters. Materials must be submitted by 11:59 p.m.

Tuesday, March 25, 2025

Student participants will be notified of their assigned oral presentation session or poster wave.

Wednesday, March 26, 2025

Student participants are invited to join a training session to learn best practices and rehearse their presentations.

Tuesday, April 1, 2025

Student Symposium: Participants in both presentation tracks will present to judges.

Awards Ceremony: Competition winners and Fan Favorite winners will be announced!
