New Graduate Student Orientation
The Graduate Student Services Office is excited to welcome you to UMass Lowell! To help you start your graduate studies here at UMass Lowell, be sure to register for one of the New Graduate Student Orientation sessions.
In addition to these orientations, new doctoral students will receive an invitation from the School of Graduate Studies to attend a special Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) session tentatively scheduled on Friday, January 23.
While the New Graduate Student Orientation is not mandatory, all newly admitted students will learn about University polices and resources, which will be helpful throughout your academic career. Feel free to register for either the virtual or in-person orientation, whichever works best for you.
