Biosketch

Staff Sergeant Jeffrey Ma is the Administration NCOIC at Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC) Detachment 345 at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. He provides administrative functions managing the units’ personnel actions while mentoring and training officer candidates through exercise and physical fitness to ensure candidates have the professional and moral fortitude to succeed as commissioned officers in the United States Air Force.

His first duty station was Dyess AFB, Texas. Here, he was a critical member supporting 8 group level executive programs. He expertly oversaw administrative matters for 55 personnel supporting 8,400 sorties and 13,600 flight hours meeting the Air Mobility Command Global Reach objectives.<

While at Vandenberg SFB he provided executive support to the 3-star field command level with 5 joint centers, 3 GSUs and 7 coalition partners, impacting 17K personnel in support of global space operations. He also provided vital support to the base's largest unit to build, sustain and protect over 30 assigned units serving both civil and commercial space entities while sustaining 2.2K facilities over 99K acres worth $5B, facilitating launches, space asset recovery, and missile testing.
