Biosketch
Ashanti Mclean is a senior at the University of Massachusetts Boston, majoring in environmental studies and sustainability with a double minor in clean energy and philosophy. She is originally from Hartford, Connecticut. She recently worked in the Office of Campus Planning and Sustainability. In addition, she co-authored a case study examining how climate and environmental justice are being addressed within STEM courses. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, trying new food and playing ping pong. I am passionate about energy efficiency and supporting a just transition to renewable energy.
