Uday Shankar Yadav is a Civil Engineer and PhD student with a strong background in sustainable construction materials and advanced concrete technology. He has professional experience as a Junior Research Fellow at IIT Patna and as an Engineer at Geo Engineering Pvt. Ltd., where he focused on geotechnical assessment, structural retrofitting, and concrete mix design. His M.Tech thesis investigated the enhancement of mechanical characteristics of fly ash and fly ash-stone dust composites using geopolymerization techniques. Uday has presented his research at international conferences and published in ASCE journals. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the Nepal Geotechnical Society. His current research is centered on the development of sustainable, durable, and low-carbon construction materials for advanced civil engineering applications.
