Students will develop advanced CAD skills, gain hands-on experience with machining processes (turning and milling), and explore the integration of GD&T into design. The course culminates in a cornerstone project where teams create a functional prototype, emphasizing manufacturability and precision.

Prerequisites

MECH.1200 Intro to Engineering Design, and Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering majors only.
